Bluebonnet's Liquid Magnesium Citrate is formulated with a special, water soluble form of magnesium chelated to citrate in a delicious mixed berry flavour. Magnesium is required in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body but is primarily known to calm the mind and body, support restful sleep, bone density, immune and heart health.

Suggested use

As a food supplement, take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Shake well before serving. Store tightly closed and refrigerate after opening.

Other ingredients

purified water, Fructose, Citric acid, natural mixed berry flavour, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate (to protect freshness), Carrageenan, stevia leaf extract.

Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soyabeans and sesame.

Also free of gluten, barley, rice and sodium.
