Suggested use
Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Take 1 serving (2 caplets) twice daily with or without food or as advised by your healthcare professional. Take with a full glass of water while in an upright position.
Other ingredients
Calcium citrate, polyethylene glycol, croscarmellose sodium; less than 2% of: copper gluconate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, manganese gluconate, oligofructose enriched inulin, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, talc, titanium dioxide (colour), vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol), zinc oxide.
