Suggested use

Adults take two (2) tablets with each protein-containing meal, up to three times a day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your healthcare providers.

Other ingredients

Cellulose, stearic acid, maltodextrin, hypromellose & glycerine coating, natural flavours,, silica, plant-based magnesium stearate,, vegetable glaze.

Warnings

Not for use by pregnant or nursing women, or those with stomach acid conditions, including ulcers.
