Suggested use

Adults, take one (1) softgel every 3 days or as directed by your healthcare professional. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your healthcare professionals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings

For adults only. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Large doses of vitamin D may have adverse effects. If taking more than 100 mcg (4,000 IU) of vitamin D daily, monitoring of vitamin D blood levels is recommended. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a dry place between 15°–30°C.
