Frontier Co-op® Organic Psyllium Husk, also known as blonde psyllium, is a low-growing herb native to Iran, Pakistan and India. It is the main ingredient in the commercial food supplements "Metamucil" and "Citrucel." Psyllium is most commonly known and used for its high mucilage content. Our organic bulk whole psyllium husk is kosher certified and nonirradiated.

Suggested use

Mix 1 Tbsp. of herb with at least 8 fl. oz. of water or other liquid.

Choking - Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
