Suggested use
(Adult) For brain and muscle performance support, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels twice per day, with meals and a full glass (8oz) of water. While the maximum daily intake is a total of four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels, it is recommended that you explore whether you can achieve results at a lower dose per day. You may benefit from a smaller dose because everyone has different sensitivities to these ingredients. Start with two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels once per day and build up to a maximum of four (4) per day (in divided doses) only if needed.
