Jarrow Formulas® Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) 30:1 extract is standardised to contain 80% total Milk Thistle flavonoids, including isosilybinins, silybinins, silychristin and silydianin. This group of flavonoids, collectively known as Silymarin, supports liver function by supporting glutathione levels.

Suggested use

Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

No wheat, gluten, soya, daily, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
