These gummies are made with inulin and Fibersol® the newest fibres in the Metamucil family. If you are looking for our signature psyllium fibre, try our powders, capsules and packets.

Fewer than 1 in 10 children achieve the recommended daily intake of fibre from diet alone. Metamucil Kids Fibre Gummies are an easy way to boost your child's fibre intake!

Suggested use

For children 4 years and up.

  • 1 gummy = Nice and Easy!
  • 2 gummies = Double Down!!
  • 3 gummies = Fibre Up!!! (One Full Serving)

Take up to 3 gummies per day under adult supervision. Chew thoroughly. Not for children under 4 due to risk of choking. Do not exceed recommended serving.

Other ingredients

Inulin, soluble corn fibre (Fibersol®), water, xylitol; less than 2% of: pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavour, violet carrot extract (colour), black carrot extract (colour), coconut oil with carnauba wax, medium-chain triglycerides.

Store below 25ºC (77ºF) in a cool dry place.
