Vitamin D is most well known for its contribution to supporting bone health by helping the body absorb calcium. It is especially important to intake adequate vitamin D levels, to help maintain healthy bones throughout our life cycle.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) drops daily. May be mixed with food or liquids; hold the bottle upside down and allow drops to flow out.
