The star strain in Primadophilus Reuteri is Lactobacillus reuteri, a unique probiotic strain that has been shown to colonise the intestines and help maintain digestive balance. The formula also contains prebiotics, a food source for probiotics.

Suggested use

Adults take 1 capsule daily, with or without food.
