NatureWise Flaxseed Oil is a rich source of essential omega-3 fatty acids, along with essential omega-6 and nonessential omega 9. Each serving of flaxseed oil is standardized to provide a healthy dose of ALA, or alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that the body converts into EPA and DHA — the same omega-3s commonly found in fish oils. The 1242 mg strength is certified organic and non-GMO. This flaxseed oil is a clean alternative to fish oil supplements.

Suggested use

Adults, take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
