MCT oil powder is a powerful supplement that has many uses, such as: baking, as an alternative to coffee creamer, it is easier to transport powder than liquid for on-the-go nutrition. And you get the benefits of MCT oil without the traditional “run to the loo” trips some experience with oil compared to powdered MCT oil.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop daily with 6-10 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Taking too much MCT oil can cause stomach discomfort, especially for first-time users. Start with a 1/2 serving and gradually increase your daily intake until the desired amount is achieved, not to exceed the recommended use.
