Suggested use

Adults and children aged 12+, take 2 capsules (ages 6-11 take 1 capsule) daily. Results are felt within minutes or hours, and increase with continued use. Dose may be adjusted for individual needs. May be used daily or as required for seasonal or temporary conditions.
