CoQ-10 is a fat-soluble antioxidant. Antioxidants help fight free radicals in the body. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress, which may cause premature ageing of cells. CoQ-10 promotes heart and cardiovascular system health. This formulation is offered in an oil-based softgel to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Rice bran oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, soya lecithin, silica.
