Culinary uses include juice, jellies, syrups, sauces and desserts. These berries are a source of the antioxidants anthocyanins and phenols. Preliminary research shows that the antioxidants in black currant may support eye and cardiovascular health.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times a day with water.
